Meet the Staff

Our goal at Abundant Nursing, Inc., is to create a company that is based on the original motives of nursing, with professionalism, dependability, accuracy and reliability.

The health care system today, is at an all time high crisis. With health care costs on a rise and elderly people living longer, more facilities are being created daily. The main problem with this situation is finding staffing. This leaves hospitals, facilities, and families nowhere else to turn for their needs, but to relief staffing.

Currently there is a travesty in the system of relief staffing. Relief staffing are paid higher wages and should be fulfilling their clients needs to the best of their ability. There seems to be no follow-up process from their employers, so employees lack motivation and are thus left to function at a sometimes substandard level of care. The system currently is failing our clients, which is a loss for everyone concerned.

My company is Abundant Nursing, Inc.. It is based on a work ethic that was intended for this field. Now our clients can turn somewhere they can feel confident that nurses visiting their facilities will be held to the highest standards.

Abundant Nursing, Inc. prospective employees go through a stringent interview process and screening prior to employment with our company. After hiring they are closely monitored with evaluations from clients, supervisors, or family members.

We offer pay incentives, bonuses and benefits to maintain quality care. We also have evaluations, follow-ups and mandatory in-services.

We are creating a company that is providing our clients with the highest level of care that they are entitled to receive.

All nurses are expected to abide by a code of ethics and hold the highest standards in all ways.

Florence Nightingale Pledge

I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly: To pass my life in purity and to practice my profession faithfully.

I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug.

I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standards of my profession, and will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping, and all family matters comment to my knowledge in the practice of my profession.

With loyalty will I endeavor to aid the physician in his work, and devote myself to the welfare to those committed to my care.
